F YEAH LOST!

Ello, fellow Losties! I’m glad you’ve found my blog. It has become a dear part of my life in the past few months, and the best part of it all is my followers! You make it all worthwhile.

A little bit about me:

My name’s Katie. I’m 17 years old and from upstate New York (Brrr!) I am a high school senior. I hope to major in elementary education when I get to college. I love kids, animals, reading and most of all…singing! It is my true passion.

Now, on to everything Lost! My friend Monet and my sister Laura got me into watching the show about 2 1/2 months before the finale. I fell in l-o-v-e with the show immediately. It pretty much became my life…I was determined to catch up before the finale aired! I caught up (watching it online) in time to watch both What They Died For and The End on tv and bawled my eyes out like a baby. Since I had started watching so late and it had ended so abruptly, I refused to just let it go. “We have to go back!” It had become such a big, important part of my life! I had learned so much from it. Barely anyone I know watches Lost except for 3-4 people, so I thought I would bring my fandom to the Tumblr community…because Tumblr is, well, the best website on the internet, of course!

So, that’s my Lost story! Here are some of my Lost facts & favorites:

Favorite male character: Ben
Favorite female character: Juliet
Favorite ship: Suliet!
Favorite imaginary ship: Ben & Juliet…I would have loved to see that! (I have a thing for messed-up relationships on TV.)
Favorite season: Season 3…I watched it in a matter of days! I loved the mysteriousness of the Others.
Favorite episodes: I find this one really hard. I haven’t done a re-watch yet, so I hate to admit it, but all the episodes have really blurred together for me at this point. I will let you know when I watch the series again.  But, at this point, my favorites are The Incident Pts. 1 & 2 and The End. (Psst!) I also have a thing for sad, tragic, jear-inducing scenes & stories that leave me in a puddle of tears, literally. I cry, a lot.
Favorite Lost actor: Michael Emerson. He is the cutest thing…and I’ve heard he’s the nicest person from the cast, which is pretty ironic!
Favorite Lost actress: Elizabeth Mitchell/Evangeline Lilly. They are both so beautiful and I look up to them so much! It doesn’t help that I want to either A) Be them, or B) Have them adopt me.

So, that’s a lot about me, I know. But someone gave me the idea and I thought I’d do it! (Thanks, 815giggles!)
